Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Important Notice<\/strong>: All payments are final after thirty (30) days. Refunds cannot be processed beyond this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of payment. No refunds will be issued thereafter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Para completar su devoluci\u00f3n, requerimos un recibo o comprobante de compra. Por favor, no env\u00ede su compra directamente al fabricante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Situaciones en las que solo se otorgan reembolsos parciales:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Libros con signos evidentes de uso<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • CD, DVD, cintas VHS, software, videojuegos, casetes o discos de vinilo que hayan sido abiertos<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cualquier art\u00edculo que no est\u00e9 en su condici\u00f3n original, est\u00e9 da\u00f1ado o le falten piezas por razones no atribuibles a nuestro error<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cualquier art\u00edculo devuelto m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la entrega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Reembolsos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Una vez que su devoluci\u00f3n sea recibida e inspeccionada, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para notificarle que hemos recibido su art\u00edculo. Tambi\u00e9n le informaremos sobre la aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo de su reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Si su reembolso es aprobado, ser\u00e1 procesado y se aplicar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente un cr\u00e9dito a su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o m\u00e9todo original de pago, dentro de un plazo determinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Aviso importante:<\/strong> Todos los pagos son definitivos despu\u00e9s de treinta (30) d\u00edas. No podr\u00e1n procesarse reembolsos una vez vencido este per\u00edodo. Las solicitudes de reembolso deben presentarse dentro de los treinta (30) d\u00edas posteriores al pago. No se emitir\u00e1n reembolsos despu\u00e9s de ese plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Reembolsos tard\u00edos o faltantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Si a\u00fan no ha recibido su reembolso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Revise nuevamente su cuenta bancaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Contacte a su compa\u00f1\u00eda de tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, ya que puede tomar tiempo antes de que el reembolso se registre oficialmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Contacte a su banco, pues a menudo existe un tiempo de procesamiento antes de que se refleje el reembolso.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Si ha realizado todo lo anterior y a\u00fan no ha recibido su reembolso, por favor cont\u00e1ctenos en {direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Art\u00edculos en oferta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Solo los art\u00edculos con precio regular pueden ser reembolsados. Los art\u00edculos en oferta no son reembolsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Cambios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Solo reemplazamos art\u00edculos si est\u00e1n defectuosos o da\u00f1ados. Si necesita cambiarlo por el mismo art\u00edculo, env\u00edenos un correo electr\u00f3nico a {direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico} y env\u00ede su art\u00edculo a: {direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Regalos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Si el art\u00edculo fue marcado como regalo al momento de la compra y se le envi\u00f3 directamente, recibir\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito de regalo por el valor de su devoluci\u00f3n. Una vez recibido el art\u00edculo devuelto, se le enviar\u00e1 un certificado de regalo por correo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Si el art\u00edculo no fue marcado como regalo al momento de la compra, o si la persona que lo obsequi\u00f3 recibi\u00f3 el pedido para entreg\u00e1rselo posteriormente, el reembolso se enviar\u00e1 al comprador original y este sabr\u00e1 de su devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Env\u00edo de devoluciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Para devolver su producto, debe enviarlo a: {direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Usted ser\u00e1 responsable de pagar los costos de env\u00edo para devolver su art\u00edculo. Los costos de env\u00edo no son reembolsables. Si recibe un reembolso, el costo del env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n se deducir\u00e1 de su reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Dependiendo de d\u00f3nde viva, el tiempo que tarde en llegarle el producto cambiado puede variar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Si devuelve art\u00edculos de mayor valor, puede considerar usar un servicio de env\u00edo rastreable o adquirir un seguro de env\u00edo. No garantizamos la recepci\u00f3n de su art\u00edculo devuelto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
